What’s included: Two matching carbon rims. With Rear Brake Surface means a front rim with no brake track and a rear rim with a V-brake track. Without Brake Surface means both rims have no rim-brake track (for disc-brake setups).

Every Tier 1 carbon rim begins with genuine Toray T700 carbon fiber, selected for its exceptional balance of strength, stiffness, impact resistance, and lightweight performance.
Our manufacturing process creates a rim that delivers responsive acceleration, precise handling, and excellent power transfer while maintaining the durability required for BMX racing.
The Tier 1 rim profile has been engineered to maximize strength while minimizing weight.
Its deep-section design increases lateral stiffness for improved cornering stability and more efficient power transfer without sacrificing ride quality.
The internal structure is optimized to distribute spoke loads evenly across the rim for increased durability.
Carbon layup and rim surface finish are separate specifications. Current 406 inventory uses a 3K / 3K Twill layup. Matte or Gloss, when shown, describes the exterior rim finish rather than the carbon layup.
Depending on the model and selected configuration, Tier 1 carbon rims are available for either rim-brake or disc-brake use.
Models equipped with a basalt brake track provide improved heat resistance, consistent braking performance, and enhanced durability during prolonged braking.
Every rim is manufactured using precision molding techniques and strict quality-control standards.
