Build a Tier 1 component around your rider, team, or program. From finish and logo colors to select material and layup options, our custom program gives you a product that looks intentional, performs at the level expected, and is made specifically for your order.
Choose from available finish colors, graphic colors, and surface treatments offered for the selected product. Depending on the component, options may include matte, satin, gloss, painted, anodized, or exposed-material finishes.
Custom colors are matched as closely as the production process allows, but exact screen, paint-chip, Pantone, anodized, or previous-batch matches cannot be guaranteed. Material, lighting, finish type, and manufacturing batch can create minor variations. Available colors and finishes will be confirmed before the order enters production.
Tier 1 branding can be produced in available colors and placed in approved locations based on the component design. Certain products may allow alternate logo sizing, additional rider or team identification, or a reduced-branding appearance.
All artwork and placement must be approved by Tier 1 Components before production. Structural markings, serial numbers, safety labels, certification marks, and required product information cannot be removed, covered, or relocated. Customer-supplied logos may require written authorization from the trademark owner and must meet production-quality artwork requirements.
Create a consistent component package for your race team, club, shop, or development program. Team orders can coordinate finish colors, logo treatments, rider identification, and eligible component options across multiple sizes or models.
Quantity discounts may be available based on the number of products, product mix, design complexity, and production schedule. Minimum quantities may apply to custom artwork, non-standard finishes, or team-specific production. We will confirm pricing, available options, artwork requirements, and estimated lead time before an order is approved.
Available customization depends on the product. Carbon components may offer select weave appearances, finish treatments, or approved layup configurations. Metal products may offer available anodized, painted, polished, or graphic treatments. Other products may be limited to color, branding, packaging, or configuration choices.
Performance-related construction changes are offered only when engineered and approved by Tier 1 Components. A requested appearance does not automatically change stiffness, weight, strength, or intended use. Not every material, weave, finish, or construction option is available for every product, and non-standard configurations may affect pricing and lead time.
Every custom order is reviewed before production so the product, options, artwork, pricing, and delivery expectations are clearly documented.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all written specifications, sizes, spelling, colors, quantities, artwork, and placement before approving the order. Digital proofs are visual references and may not perfectly reproduce the appearance of the finished material or coating.
Changes requested before final approval may require a revised quote or schedule. Once a custom order has been approved and entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any approved post-production change will be handled as a new custom service or replacement order.
Customization is available on eligible carbon, metal, and accessory products. Options vary by model.
Most custom orders require approximately three months after final approval. Complex or high-volume orders may take longer.
Pricing is based on the product, quantity, materials, finish, artwork, configuration, and production requirements.
Volume pricing may be available for qualifying teams, clubs, shops, and coordinated group orders.
Custom Tier 1 products remain subject to the applicable Tier 1 Components warranty and Crash Replacement terms. Custom appearance, finish, or configuration does not expand the product's intended use or warranty coverage.
Minor differences in color, carbon weave, finish texture, graphic alignment, machining appearance, or anodized tone may occur and are not considered defects when they do not affect product function. Exact reproduction of a prior custom order is not guaranteed. If a custom product qualifies for warranty or Crash Replacement, an identical custom replacement may not be available.
Custom-order notice: Custom products are made or finished specifically for the approved customer specification. Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation eligibility, and return eligibility will be stated in the written quote or order confirmation. Production timing is an estimate and may be affected by material availability, artwork approval, manufacturing schedules, quality-control review, shipping, customs, or events outside Tier 1 Components' reasonable control.
